HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 78RESOLUTION NO. 8 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ADOPTING AMENDMENT NO. 2 AND APPROVING THE REPORT TO CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE REDEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR THE AZUSA CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL OF SAID REPORT TO THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency has prepared Amendment No. 2 and the Report to the City Council on the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Azusa Central Business District Redevelopment Project, which Report is to accompany said proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan when it is submitted to the City Council; and WHEREAS, said Report contains the items and information set forth in Section 33352 of the California Community Redevelopment Law (Health and Safety Code Section 33000 et seg.), and said Report conforms to the requirements of the California Community Redevelop- ment Law. NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: The provisions set out in Amendment No. 2 to the Redevelopment Plan for the Azusa Central Business District Redeve- lopment Project which is attached and incorporated herein as Exhibit "A" are hereby approved and adopted. SECTION 2: The Report to City Council on the proposed Second Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan for the Azusa Central Business District Redevelopment Project, dated June, 1981 is hereby approved. SECTION 3: The Executive Director of the Redevelopment Agency is hereby authorized and directed to submit the Report to City Council on said proposed Second Amendment to the City Council of the City of Azusa pursuant to the California Community,Redevelopment Law. 1981.
