The Board of Trustees of the City of
Azusa met in regular session at the
above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees: Pierce,
Moon, Meier, Chenoweth, Case, City
Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: None.
The minutes of the meeting held May 4th,
1925 were read and approved as read.
It was moved that the.application of the
Southern Counties Gas Company for per-
mission to excavate along the south side
of Center Street from the alley between
Azusa and Alameda Avenues east one hun-
dred feet thence across Center Street
subject to the regular requirements of
the City for such work.
Carried by the following vote. Ayes:
Trustees: Pierce, Moon, Meier, Chenoweth,
Case. Noes: None. Absent: None.
A letter was read from the Secretary of
the Chamber of Commerce relative to re-
pairs on Sierra Madre Avenue.
It was"moved that the Street Superinten-
dent be authorized and instructed to re-
pair Sierra Madre Avenue.

line may be used is fixed at 18 months.

that the old City reservoir site be
advertised and sold to the highest
bidder; the proceeds of such sale
to be used to apply on the balance
due on the Fire Hall property.
