The Board of Trustees of the
City -of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Trustees:
Moon, Meier, Chenoweth, Peirce,
Durrell, City Clerk. Absent:
City Attorney.
The minutes of the meeting held
July 6th were read and approved
as read.
The request of Mrs. Ella B.
Squires for permission to con-
struct a driveway into her
premises at 507 W. 10th St.,
was granted; the work to be
done under the supervision of
the Street Superintendent.
A letter was read from the
Veterans welfare Board rela-
tive to taxes on Lot 66, Tract
7625 and on motion duly carried
the City Clerk was authorized
to cancel all taxes against
such lot.
On motion duly carried Doris
Farren was granted a two weeks
vacation commencing -August 3,
1925, and Ella Aguilar was grant-
ed a one week vacation commenc-
ing July 27, 1925.
It was moved that all bids on
the improvement of First, Second,
Third and Fourth Streets be now
opened examined and publicly de-
clared.

None. Absent: None.

presented:

CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE
RECORDATION OF THAT CERTAIN
DEED OF GIFT EXBOUTED JULY 5th,
1925 BY LOUISE S. MACNEIL, et
al., IN FAVOR OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA.
The Resolution was read.
On motion the same was adopted
as read.
