RESOLUTION NO. 337
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZIISA
APPROVING A LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH ROGERS
TOYOTA, INC., FOR USE OF CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE
FOOTHILL FREEWAY AND AZIISA AVENUE
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Azusa hereby finds and determines as
follows:
A. The Agency has approved a disposition and development
agreement dated April 21, 1986 for the property located at
the southwest corner of the Foothill Freeway and Azusa
Avenue for development as a franchise new automobile sales
and service complex;
B. The Agency is in escrow to acquire a portion of said
property;
C. During the escrow period, the property has no value to
the Agency and cannot be successfully marketed for lease to
the general public;
D. The license agreement approved by this Resolution is
necessary for the implementation of the Central Business
District Redevelopment Plan in that it brings employment and
business opportunities to the project area.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Azusa hereby approves that certain
agreement entitled "License Agreement for Real Property Between
the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa and Rogers Toyota,
Inc." dated as of February 17, 1987, and hereby authorizes the
Chairman to execute said agreement on behalf of the Agency in
substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit "A."
SECTION 3. The Secretary shall certify the adoption of
this Resolution.

adopted by the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 17th
day of February , 1987, by the following vote of the Board:

THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS REPORT IS SITUATED IN THE COUNTY OF
LOS ANGELES, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Lot 13 of Tract No. 13641, in the City of Azusa, as per map
recorded in Book 328 Page 18 of Maps, in the office of the county
recorder of said county.
Lot 14 of Tract 13641, in the City of Azusa, as per map recorded
in Book 328 Pages 18 and 19 of Maps, in the office of the county
recorder of said county.
Lot 8 of Tract No. 13426, in the City of Azusa, as per map
recorded in Book 268 Page 40 of Maps, in the office of the county
recorder of said county. Except the east 10 feet as conveyed to
the state of California, in deed recorded June 12, 1958, in Book
D125, Page 258, Official Records.
That portion of that certain alley, 20 feet wide, shown upon and
dedicated by the map of Tract No. 13426, in the City of Azusa, as
per map recorded in Book 268 Page 40 of Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said county, which lies between the
westerly prolongations of the northerly line of the Lot 20 of
said tract and of the northerly line of the southerly 5 feet of
Lot 11 of said tract.
