Present at roll call:Trustees: 1400n,Meier,Chenoweth,Peirce, Durrell,City Clerk and City Attorney. The minutes of the regular mmet- ing held October 5,1925 were read and approved as read. The request of Geo.W.Knight to have a pepper tree removed from in front of'the Standard Oil Co. station on Center street was granted and the Street Superin- tendent was instructed to rem- ove the same. On motion duly carried the request of C.A.Griffith for permission to construct a cesspool in the parkway on Center street at the rear of the bank building was granted. The resignation of J.O.Durrell as City Clerk and Building Inspector was read and on motion the same was accepted. October 19,1925,7:30 P.M. 113 It was moved that the City Attorney be authorized to accept the sum of X3500.00 from F.S.Lack in payment of the amount due the city as of November 1,1924.• Carried by the following vote:Ayes: Trustees:Moon,Meier,Chenoweth, Peirce.,Noes:Trustee Durrell., Absent:None. It was moved that the City Clerk be authorized to renew the insurance on the police automobile. Carried b�r the foll3wing vote:Ayes: Moon,Meier,Chenoweth,Peirce,Durrell. Noes:None.,Absent:None.
