The Board of Trustees of the
City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Trustees:
Meier, Durrell, Chenoweth, City
Attorney, Deputy Cipy Clerk
Smith. Absent: Trustees Moon,
Pierde and City Clerk.
The minutes of the regular meet-
ing held November 2, 1925 were
read and approved as read.
It was moved that the City C+erk
be instructed to write a letter
to Mrs McXim telling her to file
an affidavit regarding her claim
for $1000.00 valuation exemp-
tion.

to report at next meeting.
It was moved 6hd carried that
the proper officials be author-
ized to purchase a Burroughs
Bookkeeping Machine at a price
not to,exceed $1500.00 without
interest.

The matter of improving the alleys
between Azusa Ave. and San Gabriel
Ave.; between Azusa Ave. and
Alameda Street, was referred to
the Public Works Committee.

same.
