The Board of Trustees of the
City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Trustees:
Durrell, Moon, Chenoweth,
Pierce, City Attorney, and
City Clerk.
The minutes of the regular
meeting held November 18, 1925
were read and approved as read.
Communications from Sheffler
Bros. and Mayor Cryer were
read and ordered filed.
It was moved that the City
Clerk be authorized to procure
a Motor -Tax, western Used Car
Price Bulletin, January issue,
price one (1) dollar.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees: Durrell, Moon,
Meier, Chenoweth, Pierce, Noes:
None. Absent: None.

Affidavits signed by Mrs. Me Kim,
J.O. Durrell, and Mrs. Burpee
were presented and ordered filed.
Demands for tax refund as re-
quested were ordered made out.
It was moved that a Resolution
relating to the taking over by
the State of California of the
road in the San Gabriel Canyon
be sent to.the Board of Sup-
ervisors of Los Angeles County,
California.
The City Clerk was instructed
to inform Mr. Hugh R. Pomeroy
that the Trustees of the City of
Azusa were willing that the City .
Hall should be used as a polling
place for the Bond Election on
January 19, or 26, 1925, rent free.
It was moved and carried that the
contract between the County of
Los Angeles and the City of Azusa
with regard to a Health Officer
for this district be signed by
the President of the Board of
Trustees and the City Clerk.
Carried by the following vote:
Trustees: Durrell, Moon, Meier,
Chenoweth, Pierce. Noes: None.
Absent: None.
It was moved and carried that the
City Assessor correct the figures
of certain property assessed to
the Azusa Foothill Citrus Company
according to the letter of Nov-
ember 27, 1925 from J. 0. Durrell,
City Clerk of the Gity of Azusa.
