CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. JANUARY 18, 1926. 7:30 P.M.
The Board of 'Trustees of the
City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call.: Trustees:
Durrell, Hoon, Meier, Chenoweth,
Peirce, City Attorney and city
Clerk.
The minutes of the regular
meeting held January 4, 1926
were read and approved as read.
It was moved that the Chief of
Police be instructed to purchase
Zone -'Lac Paint, for work on the
streets of the City.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees: Durrell, Moon,
Meier, Uhenoweth, Peirce. tdoes:
Trustees: None. Absent: None.
It was moved and carried that
the Bond of former City Clerk
J. U. Durrell be cancelled.
It was moved and carried that
the bond of City Clerk, H. R..
Smith be approved.
A communication was read from
Fire Chief Clyde Garrison. The
City Clerk was instructed to
refer the same to the Insurance
Department of the Automobile
Club of Southern_ California.
It was moved that the firm of
Thomas and Iuoore be employed
as Municipal Auditors for the .
term of one year ending June 30,
1926, at the price of 9'600.00
a year, and thereafter each
year at the pleasure of the Board
at the same price. It being
understood that the books are to
beaforthwith audited to January
1, 1926.

A communication from Lir. R. F.
Goudey having been read, the
Superintendent of the water
Department stated the City
Health Department, through its
County Service was making tests
of the City's water supply, the
result of these tests is to be
reported to the Board of Trustees
each month.
The following Resolution was
presented:

NAMING SOUTH VEiITUN AVENUE,
A PUBLIC STREET IN 6AID CITY.
The Resolution was read.
On motion the same was adopted
as read.
