HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 659RESOLUTION NO. 659 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING RESOLUTION 602 REGARDING EXECUTIVE AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES. THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Whereas, the Executive and Middle management employees of the Redevelopment Agency are not covered by a meet - and -confer process; and SECTION 2. Whereas, represented classified employees of the City of Azusa have been authorized to receive certain adjustments in their salaries and benefits for the 1989-90 fiscal year; and SECTION 3. Whereas, it is appropriate at this time to adjust the salaries and benefits of Executive and Middle management Agency employees. SECTION 4. Now, therefore, be it resolved that the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa does hereby grant certain salaries and benefits adjustments to its employees as enumerated in Exhibits "A". attached hereto. SECTION 6. The Secretary shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 20th day of November, 1989. / 1r I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 20th day of November, 1989, by the following vote of the Board: AYES: DIRECTORS: AVID, STEMRICH, NARAN O, LATTA, MOSES NOES: DIRECTORS: NOIR ABSENT: DIRECTORS: CITY OF AZUSA REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY EXECUTIVE AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT SALARY AND BENEFITS NOVEMBER 20, 1989 (Exhibit A) EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT CLASSIFICATION Director of Redevelopment MIDDLE MANAGEMENT Public Information Officer BENEFITS 0 EMPLOYEES MONTHLY SALARY $4890.34 $3641.04 The employee benefits for these classifications shall generally be those defined for executive management/middle management employees in the resolution adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa pertaining to their salary and benefits for the 1989-90 year, and any amendment(s) thereto during the course of that fiscal year. CAR ALLOWANCE Employee occupying the position of Director of Redevelopment is eligible for a car allowance of two -hundred eighty-eight dollars ($288) per month. All of the above notwithstanding, City business trips of fifty (50) miles or more, round-trip, may be made in a City vehicle at City expense or may be claimed for mileage reimbursement if employee uses his or her own transportation, pursuant to the City's travel and meetings policy.
