The Board of Trustees of the
City of Azusa met in opecial
Session at the above time
and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees:
Durrell, Moon, Keier, Chenoweth,
Peirce and City Crerk. Absent:
City Attorney.

The following Notice of Special
Meeting was read:
I hereby call a Special Meet-
ing of the Board of Trustees of
the City of Azusa, to meet at the
Council Chamber on Tuesday, the
23rd day of February 1926, at 7:30
P.M. of said day.
The object of this meeting is
to consider the adoption of a
Resoltuion of Protest to the Federal
Commission, which has been appointed
and is now conducting a hearing,
opposing the action taken by the City
of'Pasadena in filing a protest with
the Federal Government against the
granting of a right of way for a rail-
road in the floor of the canyon to
the proposed dam site, of the County
Flood Control and Conservation Dam.

BE IT RESOLVED, THAT IS IS THE
"OPTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE CITY OF AZUSA, THAT. THE
MOST DESIREABLE SITE IN SAID
CANYON FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE
PROPOSED DAI:I IS AT THE FORKS
.THERE THE SAI: HAS BEEN AUTHOR-
IZED TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY VOTE
OF THE PEOPLE, AND THAT THE COP? -
STRUCTION OF SAID DAPH SHOULD
COMMENCE AT ONCE A14D BECC OMPLETED
WITH ALL REASONABLE DILIGENCE.
The Resolution was read.
On motion the same was adoroted
as read.
Carried by the following vote:
Ayes: Trustees: Durrell, Moon,
Meier, Chenoweth, Peirce. Noes:
None. Absent. None.
On motion the Board adjourned.
