RESOLUTION NO. 91-R58
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA EXTENDING AN EXCLUSIVE LISTING AGREEMENT
WITH GRUBB & ELLIS FOR THE MARKETING OF PROPERTY AT 118
N. AZUSA AVENUE.
WHEREAS, the Agency owns property located at 118 N. Azusa Avenue, which
is currently vacant and unused; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to find a user for the property, preferably a
sit-down restaurant type of use; and
WHEREAS, the Agency and Grubb & Ellis Realty Company have previously
entered into an Exclusive Listing Agreement, which expired on September 4, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Agency desires to extend the listing agreement so that Grubb and
Ellis Realty Company may actively pursue restaurant users to buy the property for
development.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa does hereby
resolve as follows:
SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of
Azusa hereby approves extending the listing agreement with Grubb & Ellis until
December 4, I991 for the marketing of the property at 118 N. Azusa Avenue.
SECTION 2: The Agency Secretary shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1991
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Azusa, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 18th day of
September , 1991 by the following vote of the Council:
