HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 91-R125 0 0 RESOLUTION NO. 91-R12 A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING AN OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT WITH ED SEIDNER FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A SERVICE COMMERCIAL STRUCTURE AT 941 W. FOOTHILL BOULEVARD. WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa (Agency) has, in its West End Redevelopment Plan, established certain goals and design standards for the West End Redevelopment Project Area; and WHEREAS, Ed Seidner, an individual, has submitted plans to the Redevelopment Agency for the construction of a 7,940 -square - foot service commercial structure in the West End Redevelopment Project Area; and WHEREAS, said development would add to the appearance of the indicated project area and meet the goals of the redevelopment plan. NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa hereby approves entering into an Owner Participation Agreement (OPA) with Ed Seidner for the development of a proposed service commercial structure at 941 West Foothill Boulevard and authorizes the Agency Chairman to execute said OPA in essentially the same form as attached hereto as "Exhibit All. SECTION 2: The Agency Secretary shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
