HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 91-R4RESOLUTION NO. 91-R4? q A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING AN EXCLUSIVE LISTING AGREEMENT WITH GRUBB & ELLIS FOR THE MARKETING OF PROPERTY AT 118 N. AZUSA AVENUE. WHEREAS, the Agency owns property located at 118 N. Azusa Avenue, which is currently vacant and unused; and WHEREAS, the Agency desires to find a user for the property, preferably a sit-down restaurant type of use; and WHEREAS, the Grubb & Ellis Realty Company has offered to list the property for a negotiated commission and actively pursue restaurant users to buy the property for development. NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve as follows: SECTION 1: The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa hereby approves a six-month listing agreement with Grubb & Ellis for the marketing of the property at 118 N. Azusa Avenue and authorizes the Agency Chairman or Executive Director to execute the listing agreement on behalf of the Agency in substantially the same form as attached hereto as "Exhibit A." SECTION 2: The Agency Secretary shall certify the adoption of this Resolution.
