The Board of Trustees of the
City of Azusa met in regular
session at the above time and
place.

JULY 199 1926. 7:30 P.M.
Present at Roll Call: Trustees:
Durrell, Beck, Loney, Chenoweth,
Howard, City Attorney, City Clerk.
The minutes of the last regular
meeting and of the adjourned
meeting were read and approved
as read.
Mrs Bertha Philleo's letter was
read and referred to the City
Attorney and Superintendent,,
Pierce with power to act.
It was moved by Trustee Beck
seconded by Trustee Loney that
the request of Mr. G. A. Myers
for the payment by the Oity,
of the bill for repairs on his
automobile be refused.
The President of the Board was
appointed to confer with Mr.
Henry Goodwin in regard to his
bill for 4150.00

DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO LAY OUT,
OPEN AND EXTEND PARAMOUNT AVENUE
FROM ITS PRESENT EASTERLY TERMIN-
ATION IN PIEDMONT AVENUE TO THE
WESTERLY LINE OF AZUSA AVENUE: IN
THE CITY OF AZUSA CALIFORNIA",
DULY ADOPTED AND APPROVED ON THE
13T DAY OF MARCH, 1926.

be read for the first time and laid
over to the nedt meeting for its
second reading and final passage.

It was moved by 'Trustee Beck and
seconded by Trustee Loney that the
City Engineer be instructed to
give the grade to the citizens who
wish to put in new sidewalks and
curbs.
