RESOLUTION NO. 94-x19
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING APPROPRIATION
AMENDMENTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993-94 PURSUANT TO SECTION 3.04.050
OF THE AZUSA MUNICIPAL CODE
WHEREAS, on July 6, 1993 the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Azusa passed Resolution No. 93-R34 adopting the Budget and
approving appropriations for the Redevelopment Agency for the fiscal year commencing
July 1, 1993 and ending June 30, 1994; and,
WHEREAS, Section 3.04.050 of the Azusa Municipal Code provides for the
amendment of said Budget, when required for the operation of the Agency and
recommended by the Executive Director; and
WHEREAS, certain appropriation amendments are, in fact, required, as detailed
below:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors of the
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa does hereby approve the foregoing Budget
amendments and orders the same to be recorded in the Agency's books of account
and henceforth to be a part of said Budget as if adopted with the original thereof.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of April , 1994.

HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly passed, approved, and
adopted by the Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa
at a regular meeting thereof held on thel8th day of April 1994 by the
