RESOLUTION NO. 95—R55
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
APPROVING THE PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION
OF ENVIRONMENTAL UVIPACT FOR THE DONALD J.
NORES AND JOYCE A. NORES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa
does hereby find, determines and declares that:
A. The City of Azusa prepared an Initial Study of Environmental Impacts and identified
the potential impacts and mitigation measures for the redevelopment of the subject site for a 25,000
s.f. building to be built by Donald J. Nores and Joyce A. Notes and such other parties as are
approved by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa (`Agency).
B. Based on this Initial Study, the Agency determined that the project as proposed
would not have a significant impact upon the environment because of the implementation of the
mitigation measures included in the Negative Declaration.
C. A Notice of this finding will be transmitted to the County of Los Angeles for posting
as required by law after the project is approved.
SECTION 2. The Agency hereby finds and determines that the proposed project will not
have as significant impact upon the environment.
SECTION 3. The Agency hereby approves the Negative Declaration of Environmental
Impact and directs the Secretary to file the Notice of Determination in the manner required by law.
SECTION 4. The Secretary shall certify the adoption of this Resolution_
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 18th DAY OF September
1995.

Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa, at a regular meeting thereof, held on
18th day of September 1 1995 by the following vote of the Board:
