HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 95-R190 RESOLUTION NO. 95—R19 0 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING THE PROPOSED NEGATIVE DECLARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT FOR THE BERT'S MOTORCYCLE AND WATERCRAFT DEALERSHIP EXPANSION THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa does hereby find, determine and declare as follows: A. The Agency prepared an Initial Study of Environmental Impacts and identified the potential impacts and mitigation measures for the redevelopment of the subject site for a motorcycle and watercraft dealership as approved by the City of Azusa. B. Based on this Initial Study, the Agency determined that the project as proposed would not have a significant impact upon the environment because of the implementation of the mitigation measures included in the Negative Declaration. C. A Notice of this finding was transmitted to the County of Los Angeles for posting as required by law on March 30, 1995. SECTION 2, The Agency hereby finds and determines that the proposed project will not have a significant impact upon the environment. SECTION 3. The Agency hereby approves the Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact and directs the Secretary to file the Notice of Determination in the manner required by law. SECTION 4. The Secretary shall certify the adoption of this Resolution. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 3rd DAY OF April, 1995.
