RESOLUTION NO.96–R52
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING FIRST
AMENDMENT TO OWNER PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
AGENCY AND HENRY PO-CHUEN LAU AND BIK CHOW LAU
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa
("Agency") does, based upon the evidence presented to it, hereby find, determine and declare that:
A. The Agency proposes to enter into an agreement entitled "First Amendment to Owner
Participation Agreement" between the Agency and Henry Po -Chuen Lau and Bik Chow Lau
("Agreement"), a copy of which is attached to this Resolution as Exhibit A; and
B. The adoption of the Agreement could not possibly have a significant effect on the
environment.
SECTION 2. The Board of Directors hereby approves the Agreement in substantially the
form attached hereto as Exhibit A, together with such minor changes as may be approved by the
Executive Director of the Agency and Agency Counsel.
SECTION 3. The Executive Director of the Agency is hereby authorized to execute the
Agreement on behalf of the Agency and to take all actions and execute such additional documents as
are necessary to carry out the Agreement.
SECTION 4. The Agency Secretary shall certify the passage and adoption of this Resolution
and the same shall thereupon take effect and be in force.
SECTION 5. Agency staff is directed to file a Notice of Exemption with the Los Angeles
County Clerk.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7thday of October 1996.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution No.96–R52 was duly adopted
by the Board of Directors of The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Azusa, at a regular meeting
thereof, held on the 7th day of October , 1996, by the following vote of the Council.
