The Board of Trustees of
the City of Azusa met in
regular session At the above
time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees:
Durrell, Meier, Chenoweth, Howard,
City Attorney and City Clerk.

The minutes of the regular
meeting of November 15th
and the adjourned meetings
of November'17th and 19th,
1926 dere read,and approved
as read.
bids for the Street Improvement
work in the -Paramount Heights
Tract until 8 o'clock, December
20, 1926.
Carried by the following vote of
the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Durrell, Meier,
Chenoweth, Beck, Howard. Noes:
None. Absent: None.
The protest of T. M. Gillenwaters-
regarding the improvement of the
Alleys between Azusa and San
Gabriel Avenues and Azusa and
Alameda Avenues, from Santa Be
Avenue to Ninth Street was'then
presented. The City Engineer be-
ing duly dworn answered questions
put to him by the City Attorney,
after which it was moved by Trustee
Chenoweth, seconded by Trustee
Beck and unanimously carried that
the further hearing of the case be
postponed until December 20, 1926.
A communication was read regarding
the dedication of land for street
purposes on Twelfth Street and San
Gabriel Avenue. It was moved by
Trustee Beck, seconded by Trustee
Meier and unanimously carried that
this matter be referred to the City
Engineer.
It was moved by Trustee Durrell,
seconded by Trustee Beck and carried
that the letter of Murray Vosburg w
with regard to the City of Azusa
making a donation to the Boy Scout
Fund be laid on the table.

THE NEXT REGULAR MEETING OF
THE BOARD.
THE DEDICATION OF LAND FOR
STREET PURPOSES ON TWELFTH
AND SAN GABRIEL STREETS RE-
FERRED TO THE CITY ENGINEER.
MURRAY VOSBURG'S REQUEST FOR
A DONATION TO THE BOY SCOUT
FUND LAID ON THE TABLE.
A request for the posttion of Warrant REQUEST FOP, POSITION OF
Officer made by W. A. McDonald was WARRANT OFFICER LAID ON THE

It was moved by Trustee Durrell,
seconded by Trustee Beck that the

After some discussion it was
moved by Trustee Durrell, second-
ed by Trustee Chenoweth that the
sum of $105.00 be paid in conjune-
tion with the same amount paid by
Charles Morgan and Ernest Wulff, to
the Edison Company for the install-
ing of light and power in the south-
west portion of the City. The sum
of X105.00 is to be returned to
the City of Azusa as new consumers
are obtained on these lines by the
Edison CoiApany.

Chenoweth, Howard. Noes. None.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Trustee Chenoweth,
seconded by Trustee Beck and unani-
mously carried that a resolution

It was moved by Trustee Chenoweth,
seconded by Trustee Durrell and un-
animously carried that an ordinance
entitled
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ORDERING THE LAY-
ING OUT, OPENING AND EXTENDING OF
PARAMOUNT AVENUE FOR A UNIFORM WIDTH ORDINANCE NO. 262
OF SIXTY (60) FEET FROM ITS PRESENT ADOPTED.
EASTERLY TERMINATION IN PIEDMONT
AVENUE TO THE WESTERLY LINE OF AZUSA
AVENUE IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA,
IN THE 14ANNER CONTEMPLATED BY ORDINANCE
NO. 258 OF SAID CITY.
