The Board of Trustees of the
City of Azusa met in Regular
Session at the above time
and place.
Present at Roll Call: Trustees:
Durrell, Beck, Meier, Chenoweth,
Howard, City Attorney and City
Clerk.
The minutes of the last regular
meeting of February 7, 1927 and
of the Special Meeting of Peb-
ruary 11, 1927 were read and ap-
proved as read.
It was moved by Trustee Durrell,
seconded by Trustee Meier and
carried that when the Board ad-
journ. it adjourn to meet on
Monday, February 28, 1927 at
7:30 P. Iu.
FEBRUARY 21, 1927, 7:30 P.M.
Mr. C. H. Howard presented his
resignation as President of the
Board of Trustees. It was moved
by Trustee Durrell, seconded by
Trustee Meier that this resigna-
tion be accepted.
Carried by the following vote
of the Board:
Ayes: Durrell, bleier, Beck, Cheno-
weth andHoward, Noes: None:
Absent: None.
It was moved by Trustee Meier,
seconded by Trustee Chenoweth that
Trustee Durrell be elected Presi-
dent of the Board.
Carried by the following vote of
the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Durrell, Beck, Meier
Chenoweth and Howard. Noes: None.
Absent: None.
Trustee: Meier declared Trustee
Durrell elected President of the
Board of Trustees.
The request of iters. Gilson for per-
mission to employ Mr. Crane to move
a house from Bonita Avenue to Lot
10, Block 18 in the City of Azusa
was referred to the Board of Public
Works.
It was moved by Trustee Chenoweth,
seconded by Trustee Meier that this
Board postpone the further considera-
tion of the bids for the street im-
provement work in the Paramount
Heights Tract until 8 o'clock on
Monday, February 28, 1927.
Carried by the following vote of the
Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Durrell, 3eck, Meier,
Chenoweth and Howard. ?does: None.
Absent: None.

Company is the lowest responsible
