The Board of Trustees of the
City of Azusa met in adjourned
session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Trustees:
Howard, Beck, Meier, Chenoweth,
Durrell, City Attorney and City
Clerk.
The application of Wilton C.
Byersdorf for work on the Police
Force was read and ordered placed
on file.
Mr. W. A. Harman's resignation
as Building Inspector was then
read.
Moved by Trustee Beck, seconded
by Trustee Meier that this resig-
nation be accepted.
Carried by the following vote of
the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Beck,
Meier, Chenoweth and Durrell.
Noes: None. Absent: None.
The communication from Mr. H. G.
Mathewson with regard to the
raising of passanger rates by
the Pacific Electric Company was
laid over until the next meeting.
Moved by Trustee tioward, seconded
' by Trustee Beck that this Board
postpone the further consideration
of the bids for the street work
in the Paramount Heights Tract
until 8 o'clock on MRnday, March
7, 1927.
Carried by the following vote of
the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Beck, Lieier,
Chenoweth and Durrell. Noes: done.
Absent: None.
It was moved by Trustee Ohenoweth,
seconded by Trustee Beck that all
bids for the improvement of Tenth
Street be rejected.
Carried by the following vote of
the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Neck, Meier,
Chenoweth and Durrell, ?does. None.
Absent: None.
Moved by Trustee Beck, seconded
by Trustee Chenoweth that the claim
of V. H. Lee be not allowed.
Carried by the following vote of
the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Beck, Ideier,
Chenoweth and Durrell. _foes: None.
Absent: None.
