Present at roll call: Trustees: Howard, Beck, Meier,.Chenoweth, Durrell, City Attorney and City Clerk. It was moved by Trustee Howard seconded by Trustee Beck that the further consideration of the bids for street work to be done in the Paramount Heights Tract be postponed until Friday, March 18, 1927 at 8 o'clock P.M. Carried by the following vote of the Board: Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Beck, Meier, Chenoweth, Darrell. Noes: None. Absent: None. Moved by Trustee Chenoweth, second- ed by Trustee Meier and unanimously carried that a resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE INVITING SEALED BIDS FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF AZUSA OF THREE (3) NEW TRANSFORMERS AND FOR THE PURCHASE FROM THE CITY OF AZUSA, IN EXCHANGE AND AS.PART PAYMENT FOR SAID NEW TRANSFORMERS, THREE (3) SECOND- HAND TRANSFORMERS. be read. This resolution was then read. Moved by Trustee Chenoweth, seconded by Trustee Beck that this resolution be adopted as read and be numbered Resolution No. 965. Carried by the following vote of the Board: Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Beck, Meier, Chenoweth, Durrell. Noes: None. Absent: None. On motion the Board adjourned to meet on Friday, ISarch 18, 1927 at 8 o'clock P.M. 7:30 P.M. &45 FURTHER CONSIDERATION OF BIDS FOR WORK IN PARAMOUNT HEIGHTS TRACT POSTPONED UNTIL MARCH 18, 1927. It was moved by Trustee Chenoweth, seconded by Trustee Howard that the further consideration of the bids for work to be done in the Paramount Heights Tract be post- poned until Monday, March 21, 1927 at 8:30 P.M. Carried by the following vote of the Board: Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Meier, Chenoweth, Durrell. Noes: None. Absent: Trustee: Beck. The matter of the improvement of Angeleno Avenue was introduced and on motion by Trustee Howard, second- ed by Trustee Meier was laid over until another meeting. The President reported that $5.00 was due Mr. Muehe for the bringing down of the title of Lots Twenty- eight and parts of Lots Twenty-nine and Thirty in Block Twenty-nine. Moved by Trustee Meier, seconded by Trustee Howard that the President of the Board and City Clerk be in- structed to draw and sign a warrant for Mr. Muehe for this amount. Carried by the following vote of the Board: Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Meier, Cheno- weth, Durrell. Noes: None. Absent: Trustee: Beck. On motion the Board adjourned.
