The Board of Trustees of the City
of Azusa met in regular session at
the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Trustees:
Howard, Beck, bleier, Chenoweth,
Durrell, City Attorney and City
Clerk.
The minutes of the last regular
meeting of April 4th and of the
adjourned meeting of April 7, 1927
were read and approved as read.
It was moved by Trustee Howard,
seconded by Trustee Chenoweth that FURTHER READIidG OF

Moved by Trustee Beck, seconded by
Trustee Howard and carried that the Fire
Captain, Mr. Clyde Garrison be sent to
the meeting of the Fire Districts Association
to be held at Lomita. Calif. on April
28, 1927.
.After some estimates of the cost of the
repairing of the Slouson Plunge had been
read, it was moved by `Trustee Howard,
seconded by Trustee Chenoweth that the
work should be awarded subject to a con-
tract approved of by the Board of Public
Works.
Carried by the following vote of the Board:
Ayes: Trustees: Howard, Beck, Meier,
Chenoweth, Durrell. Noes: None.
Absent: None.

Plumber's license, if they wished to install
gas water heaters in the City of Azusa.
Moved by Trustee Meier, seconded by Trustee
Howard that the garbage contract be re-
newed for three years and that the City
agree to pay hIr. P. M. Russell X80.00 per
month for two months for the removal of
the cans and refuse from the City.

OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DIRECTING THE
WOR% TO BE DONE UNDER THE DIRECTION
OF THE CITY ENGINEER AS DESCRIBED IN
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 970 FOR
THE IMPROVEMENT OF ALAMEDA AVENUE IN
SAID CITY.
