The City Council of the City of
Azusa met in adjourned session
at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen:
Demmitt, Stone, Smith, Dilley,
Howard, Citv Attorne;r, and City Clerk.
A letter was read from Gibbons & Reed
with regard to paving, and was ordered
placed on file.
' Virgil Smith of the "fight Department
spoke to the Council with reg to
a fixed salary.
Moved by Councilman Smith, seconded
by Councilman Dilley and duly carried
that the matter be laid over until
September 17, 1928.
The request of Manuel Ayon regarding
th cutting of the curb on Azusa Avenue
was, on motion by Councilman Demmitt,
Seconded by Councilman Dilley and
duly carried granted, the work to be
done under the supervision of the
Building Inspector.
Moved by Councilman Smith, seconded
by Councilman Dille,; and duly
carried that the Council adjourn.
