Present at roll call: Councilmen: Johnson, Mace, Muehe, Tieier, City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Demmitt and City Attorney. The minutes of the last regular meeting of February 4th and of the adjourned meeting of February 8, 1929 were read and approved as read. A communication from S. H. Dickerson and Son was read. Moved by Councilman Tiur.he, seconded by Councilman Mace and duly carried that the matter of placing an electric sign in front of the Dickerson Cafe be re- ferred to the Street Superintendent with power to act. 7:30 P. The matter of Depreciation Reserve Find for Light and water Departments was introduced. These Funds were depleted by transfers August 15, 1927 and tp to the present time Resolutions Nds. 875 and 876 have not been observed. Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman Tlace that the City Clerk be instructed to transfer $375.00 from the Light Fund to the Depreciation Reserve Fund for the Light Department, each month beginning with January 1929 in accordance with Resolution No. 875 duly adopted and approved on the 1st day of February, 1926. Also to transfer 5550.00 from the Water Fund to the Depreciation Reserve Fund to the Water Department, each month beginning with January 1.929 in accordance with Resolution No. 876, duly adopted and approv- ed on the lst day of February 1926. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Johnson, Mace, Muehe, Meier. Noes: Nr,ne. Absent: Councilman: Demmitt. Moved by Councilman Johnson, seconded by Councilman Mace that the City Clerk be authorized to advertise for bids for the cement work in th�� Park. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Johnson, Mace, Muehe, I�leier. Noes: None. Absen-:Council-Ian: Demmitt. City Clerk authorized sign Lamp Contract. Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman Mace that the following bills be allcvied and warrants ordered drawn upon the treasury for the same. Carried by tl-e following vote of the Council.
