All metars used by conssymers must be situated in a �)14ce upon which are on the buildings nwheas e they located so that they may be accessahl e to the superintendent of the electic plant or his assistant!-; at all times. All *peters used in the electric service of the city of Azusa shall be .e '_ander the control of the City of Azlisa, and the City of Azusa may or room at its option place a meter upon any buildingnto �,-rhich it is supplying electric Service. the city of Azlisa will not be re9ponsi.ble for damages to any buildings or their contents fro -a any break in its wares beyond. the ;meter. the city of Azusa will connect its lines to the meter located on any building or room Conforming to the provi_stons of this ordinance for wiring. Imxamyx the wiring for electric service in any building hereafter erected, altered or re`,aired shall be subject to the inspection and approval of the 8uperi.ntendant of the electric plant. Sect. 3. All eleotrieity furnished to conshumerH in the city of Azusa J shall be c^ar3ei to the Owner Of the premises to which the electric service is furnished. and the o'%Ther of said premises shall be held rtSDOnsible for the payment of the electric service bills furnished to prerni ses ownefi *try him. Sect. 1.
