F6 AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING LEAVING HORSES'-'! TLES OR, OTHER ANIMALS UNHITCHED OR UNATTENDED ON ANY.PUBLIC STREET OF THE CITY OF AZUSA.- M•R0**** The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa do ordain as follows: SECTION 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person to leave unfastened, or unattended, any horse, mule or other animal upon any public street, or any lot, place or square opening into any public street within the corporate limits of the City of Azusa; and all weights used for fastening any horse, mule or other animal shall weigh at least twenty (20) pounds. SECTION 2: Every person violating any of the terms of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be fined therefor by a fine not exceed- ing $50.00, or by imprisonment for a term not exceeding sixty days, or be punished by both such fine and imprisonment. SECTION 3: The City Clerk .shall certify to the passage of this Ordinance, and shall cause the same to be published once in the Pomotropic, a newspaper published weekly in said City of Azusa, and thereupon and thereafter the same shall be in full force and effect.
