They shall be dated Dovquker 1, 1923, and bear interest at the rate of six per cent (6%) per annum, payable semi-annually on the lot day of may and the lot day of Doverber, of each year. And said thirty-five (35) bonds shall be payable in the manner following: One of said bonds of the denomination of One Thousand.
