AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE CITY OF AZUSA DECLARING CERTAIN LAND IN THE CITY
OF AZUSA TO BE AND CONSTITUTE A PUBLIC HIGHWAY,AND
NAMING AND DESIGNATING THE SANE AS "SANTA FE AVENUE".
The Board of Trustees of the City of Azusa
do ordain as follows:
Section_ 1. The following described land
located and situate in the City of Azusa is hereby de-
clared to be and constitute a public highway, to -wit:
Beginning at a point on the easterly line
of San Gabriel Avenue 399.02 feet north of the
southwest corner of Lot 14, Block 28, City of
Azusa, as recorded in Book 15, Page 93, Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County, said
point being the northwest corner of said Block
28; thence north along the said easterly line
32.02 feet; thence south 690221 20" west 106.73
feet to the northeast corner of Lot 19 of Block
27 of the City of Azusa;thence continuing south
69022' 20" west along the northwesterly line of
said Lot 19, 149.42 feet to the northwest cor-
ner of said Lot 19; thence north 32.02 feet
along the westerly side of said Lot 19 produced,
to the southerly right of way line of the Atchi-
son Topeka and Santa Fe Right of Way Line, said
Right of Way not including a strip of land thirty
(30) feet in width "Reserved for use as a pub-
lic highway", as shown_ on the map of the City
of Azusa as recorded in Book 15, Page 93, Mis-
cellaneous Records of Los Angeles County; thence
north 690 22' 20" east along said southerly
Right of Way Line 959.33 feet to the point of
beginning of a curve tangent to said southerly
line, concave to the southeast, and having a
radius of 5660 feet; thence 834.79 feet along
said curve to a point on the westerly side of
Soldano Avenue produced; thence south 61.40
feet along said westerly side produced to the
northeast corner of Lot 9, Block 10, of said
map of the City of Azusa; thence 613.31 feet
southwesterly along the northwesterly lines of
Lots 9 and 22 of said Block 18 and Lots 37
and 36 of Block 30 of said lot line being on
the arc of a curve concave to the southeast and
having a radius of 5600 feet; thence continuing
along the said arc to the northeast corner of
Lot 31, Block 29; thence South 69022' 20" west
along the northwesterly lines of Lots 31 and 30
of Block 29 and Lots 26 and 25 of Block 26 pro-
duced across intervening streets and alleys
725.76 feet to the point of beginnir_g.
Section 2. That the land described in Section
1 of this ordinance is hereby named and designated and
shall be hereafter known as "Santa Fe Avenue".

Section 3. The City Clerk shall certify
to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the
same to be published in one regular issue in the "Pomo-
tropic", a weekly newspaper of general circulation es-
tablished, printed and published in the City of Azusa.
I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance
was duly passed by the Board of Trustees of the City
of. Azusa at Q meeting held pe-ee--A.
