AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA FIXING THE SALARY OR COUPENSATION OF CERTAIN CITY OF- FICERS OF SAID CITY AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES INCONiSISTENT THEREJIITH. The City Council of the City of Azusa do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That the salaries of the City Clerk, the City Treasurer, theChief of Police and the City Judge shall be and are fixed as follows: First: That from and after April 16, 1928 the salary of the City Clerk shall be One Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($150.00) per month: Second: That -from and.after April 16, 1928 the salary of the City Treasurer shall be Eighty-five Dollars ($.85.00) per month: Third: That the salary of the Chief of Police shall be One Hundred and Seventy-five Dollars ($175.00) per month. Fourth: That the salary of the City Judge shall be Seventy-five Dollars ($75.00) per month. SECTION 2. That compensation hereinbefore provid- ed for said officers shall be in full for all services -rend- ered by them as such, and all fees collected by said officers in their official capacities, except as by ordinance otherwise provided shall be paid into the Treasury of the City of. Azusa. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in one regular issue of the Pomotropic, a weekly newspaper of general circulation, estabaished, printed and published in the City of Azusa. Section 5. I hereby certify that the foregoing ordinance was duly passed by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting held January 3, 1928, by the fol- lowing vote of the Council: AYES: Councilmen: Howard, Martin, ]Meier, Chenoweth, Durrell.
