MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL HELD SEPTEMBER 10, 1929. 7:30 P.M.
The City Council of the Cita of Azusa
met at the City Hall at 7:30 P.M.,
September 10, 1.29 in pursuance to
notice duly published, to hear protest
on final report of the City Planning
Commission on the Zoning Ordinance.
Upon roll call the following were
pfesent:
Councilmen: Mace, PrIuehe, Meier, City
Attorney and City Clerk.

The following notice was read:
NOTICE OF .PUBLIC HEARING ON FINAL
REPORT OF CITY PLANNING COMMISSIOPI.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be
held in the City Hall in the City of Azusa, on Tuesday, September
10, 1929, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, on the Final Report of
the City Planning Commission, recommending the adoption of an
Ordinance providing for the establishment of Districts or Zones
in this City within which the uses of property, heights of im-
provement and requisite open spaces .for light and ventilation may
be regulated by ordinance, at which time all persons particularly
interested, and the general. public may be afforded an opportunity
to be heard.

The Ma-
yor then announced that this is the time set for
hearing on the final report of the City Planning Commission duly
filed in the Clerk's office and announced that anyone could be
heard on the subject. There were no protests by those present,
t thereupon it was duly moved by Councilman TvTuehe, seconded by Council-
man Mace that the final rerort of the City Planning Commission as
filed in the ClerkPs Office and which was presented to the City
Council, be adopted.
Carried by the following vote of the Council.:
Ayes: Coucilr^.en: Mace, Muehe, Meier. Noes: None.
Absent: Councilmen: IUenmitt and Johnson.
Moved by Councilman I.tuehe, seconded
by Councilman Mace and duly carried
that the Council adjourn.
