The City Council of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the above
time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen:
Mace, Muehe, Meier. City Attorney

Demmitt and Johnson.
The minutes of the last regular meet:
ing of September 3rd of the adjourned
session of September4th, 5th, 6th and

were read and approved as read.
The application of J. R. Pinkst:ff for Janitor given vacation.
a two weeks vacation beginning October
1st was read.
Idoved by Councilman Mubhe, seconded by
Councilman Mace that Mr. Pinkstaff's
vacation be granted with pay. -
Carried by the following vote of the
Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Muehe, Meier.
Noes: None. Absent: Council -men: Johnson
and Demmitt.
The City Clerk announced that she had
received seven papers of Notice of City Clerk announced that
Objections to Faulty Proceedings, with she had received 78
seventy-eight signatures attached there- signatures in protest of

on file.

carried that a resolution entitled:

IN SAID SEVERAL ZONES"AND-THE USES THEREOF
AND ESTABLISHING REQUIRED OPEN SPACES FOR
LIGHT AND VENTILATION OF SAID BUILDINGS AND
DEFINING THE TERMS USED THEREIN AND PRESCRIBING
TIE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS
