The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above time and place. Present at roll call_: Councilmen: Johnson, Mace, Muehe, Meier., City Attorney and City Clerk, Absent: Councilmen: Demmitt. The minutes of the last regular meeting of October 21st and the ' Special Meeting of October 28, 1929 were read and approved as read. Moved and carried that same be referred to the City Engineer. Moved by Councilman Johnson and unanimously carried that a re- solution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APTOINTING MILDRED TEMPLEMAN TO THE OFFICE OF ASSISTANT TO THE CITY CLERK OF THE CITY OF AZUS'. AND FIXING HER SALARY OR COIiPENSATION. be read. This resolution was then read. Moved by Councilman Mace, second- ed by Councilman Johnson that this resolution be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1186. Carried by the following vote of Ayes: Councilmen: Johnson, Mace, Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Dermitt. RESOLUTION NO.1186 ADOPTED the Council: Muehe, Meier. Moved by Councilman Muehe and unanimously carried that a resolution entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA PROVIDING FOR THE TRANSFER OF FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4000.00) FROM THE ELECTRIC LIGHT FUND AND ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ( $,51000.00 ) FROIaITHE WATER FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND. be read. This resolution was then read. Moved by Councilman Johnson, Seconded by Councilman Mace that this resolu- tion be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1187. RESOLUTION NO. 1187 ADOPTED.
