AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA, C)L IFORNIA, REPEALING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 372 OF SAID CITY OF AZUSA.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Trat Ordinance Number 372 of the City
of Azusa entitled "An Ordinance of tYe City Council
of the City of Azusa, California, Relating ^10 The
Definition of Temporary Business,' be and the same
is hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: The Mayor shall sign this ordinance and
the City Clerk shall attest the same and certify to
the passage, adoption and publication thereof and
shall cause the same to be published once, within 15
days after its.passage, in the Azusa Heraldkand Pomo-
tropic, a weekly newspaper of general circulation
printed, published and circulated in the City of Azusa,
which said newspaper is hereby designated for that
purpose and thenceforth and thereafter this ordinance
shall be in full force and effect.

duced, placed upon its first reading and fully read
at a regular meeting of the City Council of Azusa
held on October 2 , 1944, in the regular Council
Chambers of said City Council in said_ City;.that
thereafter said ordinance was duly and regularly
passed and adopted by said Council, signed and approved
by the Mayor and attested by the City Clerk of said
City, at a regular meeting of said Council so held
in the regular Council Chambers of said City Council
on October 16 , 1944, and that the same was

Council:
AYES: Councilmen: Owens; Jumper, Memmesheimer,
Morden, Lamm.
NOES: None.
ABSENT: None.
I DO FURTHER CERTIFY that I caused said
ordinance to be published prior to the expiration of
fifteen days from the passage thereof in the Azusa
Herald and Pomotropic on October 19 , 1944,
a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published
and circulated in said City of Azusa, and that the
same was published in accordance with law.'
