Present at roll call: Councilmen; Mace, Johnson, Williams, Muehe, Meier, City Clerk. Absent: City Attorney. The minutes of the last regular meeting of May 19, 1930 were read and approved as read. ' The Clerk announced that she had received four bidd for Gasoline and oil. Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by Councilman Williams that the bids Bids be now opened, examined and publicly declared: SHELL OIL COMPANY Approximately 5400 gallons gasoline at 15,E per gallon Approximately 100 gallons kerosene at 14 per gallon UNION OIL COMPANY OF CALIF. UNION NON --DETONATING GASOLINE: 15121 per gallon net, f.o.b. Azusa, California. Subject to clause A. Iron Barrel or bulk delivery. 279 RICHFIELD OIL COMPANY OF CALIF. 'Ne propose to deliver to You.Richfield White Gasoline at the net tank wagon price of the Richfield 011 Company of California for Azusa, California on date of delivery, inclusive of State Tax. The maximum price to apply for deliveries hereunder shall not exceed 15 4,� per gallon for delivery by auto tank trucks of the Seller into the underground storage of the 5uyer at Azusa, Calif- ornia on date of delivery inclusive of California State Tax. We further propose to deliver to you Richfield Ethyl Gasolin9 at the net tank wagon price of the Richfield Oil Company of California for Azusa, California on date of delivery, inclusive of State Tax. The maximum price to apply for deliveries hereunder shall not exceed per gallon for delivery by auto tank trucks of the Seller into the underground storage of the Buyer at Azusa, California on date of delivery, inclusive of Califfornis State Tax. STANDP.RD OIL COMP FOR RED CROWN GASOLINE: The Seller's current posted wholesale price for Red Crown ' Gasoline at time and place of delivery, less 6V per gallon, except that the price to be paid by the Buyer, at any of the points names, shall at no time be higher than the maximum price here- inafter specified for said product at said point, plus any in- crease in the present State Motor Vehicle Fuel Tax.. ORDINANCE & JUDICIARY Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by Councilman Johnson and duly carried that the City Attorney prepare an agreement between the City of Azusa and J. 0. Durrell for use of Water. ' Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman Johnson that the matter of cleaning alley between Enid and McKeever Avenues, north of Crescent Drive, be referred to the Board of Public Works. Councilman Williams reported that the gasoline pump placed in front of his property on W. Foothill. Boulevard had been removed. City Attorney author- ized to prepare an agreement between City of Azusa & J. 0. Durrell. J. C. Muehe reported gas pumps removed from parkway. C. E.
