The City Council of the City of Auzsa
met pursuant to "Notice of Public Hearing
on Tentative Report of the City Planning
Commission."
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace,
Johnson, Williams, Muehe, Meier. City
Attorney and City Clerk.
The following notice was read:
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TENTATIVE REPORT OF
CITY PLAIFTING COMMISSION.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will
be held in the Auditorium of the City Hall, located
in Block 30, in said City of Azusa on Monday, the 25th
day of August, 1930. commencing at 7:30 O'clock P. M.
for the purpose of considering and discussing the Tentative
Report made by the City Planning Commission in relation
to the establishment in the City of Districts or Zones
in which the use of property, nature of business establish-
ments, and homes may be regulated by ordinance.

The Mayor asked if there was anyone
present who wished to protest,no one
responded.
Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded
by Councilman Johnson that the City
' Council accept the Tentative Report of
the City Planning Commission, there
having been no protests or objections
filed.
Carried by the following vote of the
Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Magid,
Johnson, Williams, Muehe, Meier. Noes:
None. Absent: None.
Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded
by Councilman Mace and duly carried
that the Council Adjourn.
