The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Councilmen: Johnson, Williams, Muehe, Meier, City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman, Mace. The minutes of the last regular meet- ing of August 18, 1930 the adjourned meeting of August 20th and the meeting held -August 25, 1930 pursuant to "Notice of"Public Hearing on Tentative Re- port of the City Planning Commission " were read and approved as read. A communication from the Railroad Commissionwas read relative to Pacific Communication relativ Electric crossing at Vernon Ave. to Vernon Ave. Cross - Moved by Councilman Muehp,seconded by Ing referred to City Councilman Williams and duly carried Attorney. that the City Attorney be instructed to write the Railroad Commission informing them that the Vernon Avenue Crossing is to remain open. Marbelite Corporation of America be accepted and the City Clerk authorized to -sign same.
