The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular adjourned session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Muehe, Meier. City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman: Williams. Councilman Johnson offered a Resolution ' entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, L,EVYI??G TAXF,S AND FIXING THE TAX RATE ON ALL PROPERTY IN SAID CITY FOR ALL MUI;ICIPAL PURPOSES AND TO PAY THE BONDED INDEBT- EDNESS THEREOF AND INTEREST ON THE SAME FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1930-1931. Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman Mace that this resolu- tion be adopted as read and numbered Resolution 1230. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Muehe, Meier. Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Williams. Councilman Muehe offered a Resolution Entitled: A RESDLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA. AUTHORIZING SETTLE- MENT UNDFR THE TRUST AND AMENDED TRUST NO. 243 (BA -243) UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS. Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded ' by Councilman Johnson that this Resolution be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1231. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson. Muehe, Meier. Noes: None. Absent Councilman Nilliams. Councilman Johnson offered a resolution Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by Councilman Johnson that the follow- ing bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn upon the treasury for the same. 331 RESOLUTION NO. 12.0 ADOPTED RESOLUTION NO. 1231 ADOPTED. RESOLTJTI014 NO. 1232 ADOPTED. City Clerk instructed to advertise for bias. entitled: A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVED THE SPF.,CI- FIOATIONS SUBMITTED BY THE LAS ANGELES COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF STORM DRAINS FROM; FIFTH STREET TO PASADENA AVENUE IN THE CITY OF AZUSA. Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by Councilman Muehe that this resolu- tion be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1232. Carried by the following vote of the Council.: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Muehe, Meier. Noes: None. Absent: Co,:ncilman Williams. Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by Councilman Johnson that the City Clerk be instructed to advertise for bids for a 104 K.V.A. 250-2400 volt, 10,% Regulator. Carried by the following dote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Muehe, Meier. Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Williams.
