Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace, Jo'nnson, Williams, Niuehe, Lieier and City Clerk. Absent: City Attorney. The minutes of the last regular meeting of January 5, 1931, were ' read and anproved as read. The monthly report of the Los Angeles health Department was presented and ordered placed on file. A communication from J. S. Armstrong requesting the renewal of policy on Lighting? Posts In Vosburg Tract, was read. Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by Councilman Johnson that this be referred to the Audit and Finance Committee with power to act. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Williams, T,hiehe, Meier. Noes: None. Absent: None. Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman V!illiams, that the Communication from the City Planners be placed on file. ' Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman Mace that the Mayor and City Clerk be authorized to sign an agreement, submitted to the Council on the 19th day of January, 19x1., between the City of Azusa and the Marbelite Corpora- tion of America, for Marbelite Post No. S -134-B to be used for the improvement of P.zusa Avenue'l,etween First and Fifth Streets. Carried.by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Wil-iams, TrIuehe, Meier. Noes: None.
