The City Council of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the above
time and place.
Present at roll call: C^uncilmen:
Mace, Johnson, l'iilliams, Muehe, l,leier,
City Clerk: Absent: City Attorney.
The minutes of the last. -err meet-
ing of February 2, 1.931 and the regular
adjourned session of February 9, 1931
were read and approved as rend.
A communication from the State Department
of Public Vlorks Division of Water Resources
was presented. Moved by Councilman
Johnson, seconded by Councilman Mace
and duly carried that the City Clerk
be instructed to mail this notice to
the Azusa Agricultural Water Company.
A communication -ritten by 11r. Mellinger
was read and ordered placed on file.
League of California i,tunicipalities
Bulletin Tdo. 3 was read and ordered
placed on file.
Moved by Councilman Tuehe, seconded
by Councilman T,;ace that the City Attorney
be instructed to draw an agreement between
the City of Azusa and the Azusa Herald
Publishing Company for the City's
legal printing for the year 1931,
also the Mayor and City Clerk he
authorized to sign same. Carried by
the following vote of the Council: -
Ayes: CouncllT+len: Mace, Johnson,
Williams, Muehe, Meier. Noes: None.
Absent: None.
The monthly report of the Los Angeles
County Health Department was presented.
Moved by Councilman.. Johnson, seconded
by Councilman i,tace that same be
placed on file.

Councilman Johnson, that tris resolution
be adopted as read and numbered Resolution
No. 1256. Carried by the following vote

Noes: None. Absent: None.

Councilman Williams that the following
bills he allowed and warrants ordered
drawn upon the Treasury for the same.
