Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Williams, Muehe, Meier. City Attorney and City Clerk. An expression of aprreciation from 411 Use of Swimming Pool referred to Mayor Meier. Bulletin # 4 referred to City Attorney. Invitation ordered filed. Communication from Pacific Electric Railway Co. presented. The minutes of the last regular meeting of February 16, 1931 were read and ordered placed on file. read and approved as read.
