The City Council of the City of
Azusa met in regular session at
the above time and place.
April: 20, 1931. 7:80 P.M.
Present at roll call: Councilmen:
Mace, Johnson, Muehe, Meier, City
Attorney and City Clerk. Absent:
Councilman Flilliams.
The minutes of the last regular
meeting of April 6th and of the
Special Session of April 13, 1931
were read and approved as read.
The monthly report of the Los Angeles
County Health Department was presented.
Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded
by Councilman Mace and duly carried
that same be accepted and placed on
file.
A letter signed by R. H. Tuttle,
addressed to City Attorney Tscharner
regarding the price of automatic
fla gnan placed on Virginia Avenue
Crossing, by the Atchi§on, Topeka
and Santa Fe Railway Compnny, was
read.
Moved and cprried that same be
placed on file.
A card expres^ing the appreciation
of the Campbell family of Alhambra,
was read and ordered r,laced on file.
An invitation to attend the opening
of the Monrovia Health Center was
read and ordered placed on file.

Dinner was read, Same to be taken ress dinner to be taken up

Councilman J?ilIisms entered the
meeting and took '-is seat.
A communication from J. H. Me Cambridge,
Secretary of Publicly owned Gas
and Electric Utility Association of
California regarding memberships in
this Association was read and ordered
placed on file.
Councilman Muehe offered a resolu-
tion entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF AZUSA ORDERING A CERTAIN
EASEMF;NT FDR STREET PURPOSES RECORDED.
Moved by Councilman Johnson, seconded
by Councilman Mace that this resolution
be adopted as read and numbered
Resolution #1260. Carried by the
following vote of the Council: Ayes:
Councilman: Mace, Johnson, Williams,
Iduehe, Meier. Noes: None. Absent:
None.
Moved by Councilman Fdill.iams, seconded
by Councilman Mace that the following
bills be allowed and warrants ordered
drawn upon the Treasury for the same.
Carried by the following vote of the
Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace,
Johnson, 17illiams, Muehe, Meier. Noes:
None. Absent: None.
