The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above time and place. , Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Muehe, Meier, City Attorney.& City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Williams. The minutes of the last regular meet- ing of,January 4, 1932 were read and approved as read. The monthly report of the Los Angeles County Health Department was read and ordered placed on file. A communication from the Los Angeles County,Fiealth Department signed by Contract with L. A. Co. A. J. Messier, Business Manager, Health Dept. referred to relative to the Contract between the Council as Committee of City of Azusa and the Los Angeles the Whole. County Health Department was presented. Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman Mace and duly carried that/ the contract be referred to the Council as a Committee of the Whole. Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by Councilman Mace that the matter Matter of replacing flag of replacing the old flag pole with pole be referred to Board a new one, be referred to the Board of Public Works with power of Public Works, with power to act. to act. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace, ' Johnson, Muehe, Meier. Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Williams. Councilman Mace, reported that the' Board of Public Works Committee ad- Board of Public Works vises: that the License No. 679 be Committee report. transferred from the name of Jacobson to M. F. Moya and recommend that M. F. Moya's application to place - an auto wrecking business on the -North side of Foothill Boulevard, be denied. Moved by Councilman Johnson, seconded by Councilman Mace that the following' bills be allowed and warrants ordered drawn upon the treasury for the same.
