The City Council of the City o'' Azusa met
in regular adjourned session at the above
time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilman Mace,
Johnson, Williams, Muehe, and City Clerk.
Absent: Mayor Meier and dity.Attorneya
Azusa, California

To the City Council,
Azusa, California and
To the City Building Inspector
' of said City.
Gentlemen:
Referring to the application by me made to the City of
Azusa for permit to erect and construct a bunker tile
manufacturing plant, and all other adjuncts in connection
therewith, I -ish to state that I_ have examined the con-
dition of the present 'later supply furnished by the City
of Azusa to the property which I expect to use for the
above purpose, and I find that such supply as now is being
furnished is sufficient for all purposes for which my
establishment is intended and for the growth and increase
of that establishment in the future, and I now in con-
sideration of the granting of said permit agree not to
request or compel the City at any future time to increase
said water supply.

as Chairman of the meeting, In Mayor Meier's
absence.

Moved by Councilman Muehe, seconded by
Councilman 19111lisms that the matter of the
issuance by the Building Inspector, of
a building permit, to L. E. Wood, for the
erection of a bunker on the West 15 Acres
of the South half of Lot 47 and the West
5 Acres of the North half of Lot 47, all
in the Subdivision, No. 2 of the Azusa Land
and Water Company, in the City of Azusa,
County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 43, page 94,
Miscellaneous Records of said County,
be 0 K'd providing however, that the City
of Azusa will not be involved for any
reason whatsoever, in accordance with
the following agreement:
