Present at roll call: Councilmen: Mace, Johnson, Muehe, Meier, City Attorney and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman Williams. The minutes of the regular adjourned meeting of February 17th the adjourned meeting of February 18th and the Special Session of February 29, 1932, were read and approved as read.
