The City Council of the City of Azusa met
in regular session at the above time and
place.
Present at roll call: Couhcilmen: Mace,
Johnson, Williams, Meier; City Attorney
and City Clerk. Absent: Councilman'Muehe.
The minutes of the last regular meeting of
March 7th and the Special Session of March
140 1932 were read and approved as read.
The monthly report of the Los Angeles
County Health Department was presented
and ordered placed on file.
A resignation offered by H. C. Franklin,
Assistant Park Superintendent, was read
and ordered placed on file.
H. C. Franklin resign-
ation read.
Three application's presented by John Hibsch, Application filed.
Joseph J.,Peterman and H. NorberR were
read and ordered placed on file.
Councilman Mace offered an ordinance entitled:
AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGr SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 294 OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ENTITLED
"AN -ORDINANCE PROVIDING, FOR THE ESTABLISH-
MENT IN THE CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, OF
FOUR ZONES CONSI3TTNG OF VARIOUS DISTRICTS
AND PRESCRIBING THE CLASSES"OF BUILDINGS,
STRUCTURES AND ,IMPROVEMENTS IN THE SAID
PENALTY FOR VIOLATION OF THE PROVISIONS
THEREOF" ADO PTED,�AUGUST 3, 1931, AND BY ADDING
THERETO A NEVI SECTION TO BE ENTITLED SECTION

PROPERTY ABUTTING ON MIRA LOMA DRIVE
TO IMPROVE SAID ROADWAY UNDER CERTAIN
CONDITIONS.

by Councilman Johnson that this resolution
be adopted as read and numbered Resolution
No. 1286. Carried by the following, vote of
