Present at roll call: Councilman Mace, Johnson, b?Orden '''illiams, MAier, City Attorney and City Clerk. A Notice of Snecial meeting was read as follo-s: NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUP"CIL 0W THE CITY OF AZIJSA YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that there will be a Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Azusa in Los Angeles County, California, to meet in the City Council Chambers in the City Hall Auditorium in said City on "lednesday, June 8th, 1932, at 7:�O P. M. of said day for the purpose of askinp and requesting the County of Los Angeles for an appropriation in the sum of substantially $2,880.00 for the paving; and improving_ of San Gabriel Avenue between Foothill 'Boulevard on the South and Twelfth Street on the North and for the further purpose of considering the opening, of 12th Street between Azusa Avenue and San Gabriel Avenue.
