The City Council of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the above
time and 'place.
Present -at roll call: Councilmen:
Mace, Johnson, Morden, Meier, City
Attorney and City -Clerk.
Absent: Councilman Williams.'
The minutes of the last regular meeting
of July 5, 1932 were read -and approved
as read.

by Councilman J„hnson, seconded by
Councilman Mace that same be referred
to the Audit & Finance to report back
at next regular meeting.
Moved by'Councilman Morden, seconded
by Councilman Johnson that the City
Clerk be instructed to draw a warrant
in payment of six months due in the
League of California Municipalities.
Carried by'the following vote of the
Council: Ayes: Councilmen: Mace,
Johnson, Morden, Meier. Noes: None.
Absent: Councilman ?dilliams.

Mayor Meier appointed Chas. C. Carpenter
and Mrs. Elizabeth Griffith to serve
on the Library Board for a period of
three years, their term of office to
expire June 30, 1935.
