Present at roll call: C-uncilmen: Mace, Johnson, Morden, Williams, Meier, City Attorney and City Clerk. M. 199, Two Applications to sell light wines & beer were offered & orddred-1, planed on file. Mr. Conover, Secretary of the Chamber of Commerce, Secretary of petitioned the Council to make an appropriation / Chamber of Commerce for the Christmas decorations.
