' A commiaication'from the Canyon City
Post N0.180.:American Legion, re-
questing the -City Council to grant
this organization permission to hold
a six,day carnival in Azusa and
authorizing the exemption of license,
fee, water and electricity was read.
Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded
by Councilman Johnson that same be
placed on file.
A communication from the Owl Fumigat-
ing Corporation, requesk�ng sufficient
water supply to carry/t eir work during
the coming fumigating season was read.
Moved by Councilman Mace, seconded by
Councilman Morden and duly carried
that the City'Clerk be instructed'to
write Mr. RoMan informing him that
this'matter had been referred to the.
City Council•as a Committee of the
