Moved by Councilman Johnson, seconded by Councilman Williams that this Resolu- tion be.adopted.as read and_nuinbared Resolution No: 1331. Carried by the following vote of the Council: Ayes: Councilman Mace, Johnson, Morden, Williams, Meier. Noes: None.
